Check-in for teams will take place at Lone Elm Soccer Complex next to field #8.  We ask that each team arrive for check-in 1 hour prior to their first scheduled tournament game.  Items needed at check-in:

<  Player Cards
<  Medical Waivers
<  Guest Player forms if applicable (we keep)
<  Travel Permit (only for out of state teams)
