IDENTIFICATION CLINICS

Kansas Rush Soccer Club is pleased to provide its members, the city of Olathe and greater community with the opportunity to attend regularly scheduled identification clinics in preparation of the 2024/2025 soccer season. Through a combination of individual, small-sided and group activities, participants can experience our organization and coaches while continuing their development in a fun, competitive environment. 

Girls competitive id sessions

We are thrilled to announce a series of identification clinics which are specific to the female teams in preparation of the 2024/2025 season. These events are free of charge, and only require pre-registration which can be found below in addition to the specific schedule for each age group.

Participants should ensure the following prior to attending the identification clinic: 

  • Have registered online by clicking the registration link for the relevant age group and gender.
  • Have access to and bring a ball (age-appropriate, properly inflated),shinguards and a personal water bottle.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why do you offer monthly identification clinics?
Monthly identification clinics provide opportunities for current club members and the greater community. For our players, it provides them with an additional opportunity to train and compete against players of the same caliber (regardless of club affiliation). For players outside of our organization, it allows them with the chance to experience a traditional training environment with our coaching staff, in addition to the added opportunity to develop and compete. 
 

When do you post the dates for future clinics?

Per the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA), we will post the clinic no later than fourteen days in advance on both our website and social media channels.
 

What should my son or daughter expect if they attend an identification clinic?
A typical session will include technical activities, whether individual or small-sided. In addition to small-sided activities, each identification clinic session will end with a scrimmage.


Will there be college coaches present?
No, at this time the identification clinics will be run by Kansas Rush Soccer Club staff. 


Is there a cost associated with attending?

No, these identification clinics will be free of charge.


Is this only open to current Kansas Rush Soccer Club members?

No, these identification clinics are open to all players as long as they meet the age requirements. 


Is this event sanctioned by the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA)? 

Yes, we have approval so players do not have to be concerned about eligibility regardless of their club affiliation.

Us National Training Center

1913 Pinnacle Way, Kansas City, KS 66111

Parking: The main upper lot gate will be open at 6:00 PM. Encourage people to park in any available parking spaces first, and then use the outer ring as needed. 

General: The main building is closed; all players/parents will enter through the green double gates.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch but must do so from along the fence/pavement area directly in front of the fields. 

No one is allowed to go past the barricaded area (on the sidewalk) going down to Sporting’s fields. All attendees should stay on/near/within our turf fields only. 

Anyone that leaves US Soccer’s designated areas will be asked to return to the above areas.
