RULES AND LEAGUE FORMAT

U6 - 3v3 (no goalkeepers) games played at Lone Elm Park; four 8 minute periods with two 2 minute breaks and a 5 minute half time
U7 - 4v4 (no goalkeeper) games played at Lone Elm Park; four 10 minute periods with two 2 minute breaks and a 5 minute half time
U8 - 5v5 (including goalkeeper) games played at Lone Elm Park; two 20 minute halves with 5 minute half time
